With This Call For Tenders, The City Of Helsinkis Culture And Leisure Sports Is Requesting For The Renovation Work Of Stern Mooring Piles For Boats In Marinas Managed By Helsinki Sports Services For The Period 1 April 2024 - 31 May 2026. The Customer Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract For One (1) Option Period For The Year 2027 Under Conditions Corresponding To The Original Delivery. The Competition Is Carried Out As A Construction Contract Exceeding The National Threshold In Accordance With Section 25 Of The Procurement Act (2016/1397). In The Procurement, The General Contract Terms Of The Construction Industry Yse 1998 Contract Terms Are Followed Unless Otherwise Agreed In The Tender Request Appendices. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In This Tender Request And Its Appendices.
