Subject Of The Order: Performing Written And Interpreting Translations Into European And Non-European Languages, Divided Into Three Language Groups: 1) Language Group I - English, German, Russian, French, 2) Language Group Ii - Swedish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Ukrainian , Croatian, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Catalan, Bulgarian, Portuguese, Danish, Estonian, Flemish, Finnish, Greek, Dutch, Irish, Georgian,3) Language Group Iii - Other Languages: Incl. Chinese (Mandarin).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Written And Oral Translations On All Issues Covering The Area Of ​​​​Provincial Government Activities, Such As: Political, Legal, Social, Economic, It, Transport Policy, Innovation Policy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Evaluation Of Public Policies And Forecasting Regional Development, Regional Policy And European Funds, Agricultural Surveying, Land Consolidation, Agricultural And Agricultural Works, Rural Development, Statistical Issues, European Union And International Issues, Environmental Protection Issues And Others. The Translations Will Concern International Multilateral And Bilateral, Civil Law Agreements, Letters, Protocols, Reports, Project Fiches, Publications, Articles, Analyses, Speeches, Reports, Power Point Presentations, Statutes And Regulations Of International Organizations And Information And Promotional Brochures Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Etc. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Terms Commonly Used In The Field Of Translation. Interpreting Will Take Place In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship.3. The Following Services Will Be Commissioned As Part Of The Order: 1) Uncertified Written Translations (In Standard, Urgent And Express Modes) And Linguistic Proofreading Of Texts, Performed By A Person Whose Native Language Is The Text, 2) Certified Translations (So-Called Sworn Translations), 3) Interpreting During Meetings, Training Courses, Workshops And Seminars/Conferences, Etc. Taking Place At The Ordering Partys Premises And Outside Its Premises: 4) Simultaneous Interpreting, 5) Consecutive Interpreting.4. The Frequency And Number Of Translations Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Their Implementation Will Be Ordered Each Time.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).6.
