The service requirements include undertaking community consultation to inform the design, producing concept and detailed design drawings, attending to consents, through to providing architectural oversight of the build process. A site visit will be held at 11 am on 25 January 2024 at the Raetihi site. Please RSVP, with names of personnel who will attend the site visit before 12:00 noon on 24 January 2024.
