The Los Queltehues Plaza Is Located At Los Cóndores Street N°10.92, El Roble Sector Of The Commune. In General, The Works To Be Carried Out Consist Of The Comprehensive Improvement Of The Plaza. Replacement Of Interior Circulations Projected In Concrete And Tile. Play Area On Rubber Pavement. Redesign Of Green Areas And The Incorporation Of New Trees And Bushes. Incorporation Of Street Furniture Such As Benches, Garbage Cans, Awnings And Games, Removing All Existing Furniture That Is In Poor Condition. For Security, The Repair Of The Perimeter Fence And The Installation Of Bollards To Prevent The Use Of The Square As A Facility Is Contemplated. The Electrical Project Includes The Installation Of A Conical Pole For Mounting 300W Led Area Projectors, Installation Of A Distribution Board And New Connection, For Which The Feasibility Granted By The Electricity Company Is Attached.
