Main Activities Regarding The Provision Of Services Under The Contract And Technical Proposal Requirements For The Design Component During The Contract Period The Bidder Will Be Responsible For Providing The Following Services: - Technical Documentation For Obtaining Approvals, Agreements And Authorizations, Including Obtaining Them By The Bidder On Behalf Of The Beneficiary; - Technical Documentation For Obtaining Construction Authorization (Pac/Dtac); - Technical Documentation For The Organization Of Execution (Poe/Dtoe); - Technical Project Of Execution, Specifications, Execution Details (Pt+Cs+De); - Supporting The Technical Documentation For Verification In Front Of The Technical Verifiers Certified Persons Appointed By The Contracting Authority And In The Beneficiary Evaluation Commission (Cte); - Adjusting The Technical Documentation In Accordance With The Observations Of The Verifiers Of The Project And To Cte Members, If Necessary; - Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Period Of The Works, Including His Participation In The Included Phases In The Control Program Of The Execution Works, Approved By The State Inspectorate In Construction; - Elaboration Of The Energy Performance Certificate Upon Completion Of The Works Of Execution, Which Will Be Annexed To The Minutes Of Reception. - Documentation Development Ace – Built. P2. Main Activities Concerning The Execution Of Construction Work And Technical Proposal Requirements For The Works Execution Component The Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Approved Technical Documentation In The Technological Order Of Execution, With Strict Compliance With The Program For Controlling The Quality Of The Works And The Determining Phases.
