Tenders are invited for Procurement of IT and Telecom Equipment and Materials. The deadline for submission of the Bid under this Tender (Bid Due Date & Time) is 17:00 (UTC/GMT+3:00) February 20, 2024 Please note that in order to be considered for further evaluation under this Tender, the Bidder as a minimum shall: - Bidder shall confirm compliance of the goods with the requirements for the Goods specified in Tender Documentation. - Bidder shall have experience in importing of similar equipment and materials to Iraq; - Bidder shall provide all the required documents in accordance with the Tender Documentation: - Bidder shall provide valid Company ID. Chamber of Commerce ID card (for Companies/Branches registered in Iraq) issued by Iraqi Central Government: - Bidder shall provide General Commission for Taxes ID card and/or tax registration certificate (for Companies/Branches registered in Iraq): - Bidder shall provide valid Non-prevention letter issued by Ministry of Finance. General Commission for Taxes (for Companies/Branches registered in Iraq); - Bidder shall provide Bidders legal entity registration documents; - Bidder shall comply with the Operators HSE and security requirements; and - Bidder shall accept key terms and conditions of the Call off Contract draft provided by the Operator under this Tender; The Operator will deduct an amount for initial tender announcement and in case of tender extension an amount for tender extension announcement from the first invoice under the contract signed with the successful 8idder.
