The Presence Of A License And Relevant Permitting Documents For The Repair Of Lifting Mechanisms And Equipment, Including Passenger Elevators. 2. The Contractor Must Have Qualified Personnel And A Quality Management System For The Work Performed. 3. The Contractor Must Have The Production Capacity (Resources) (Power Tools, Hand Tools, Devices, Equipment, Etc.) Necessary To Perform Repair Work. 4. The Quality Of The Spare Parts And Materials Installed By The Contractor Must Comply With Gost, Technical Conditions And Other Normative Documents Established By The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. The Quality Of Materials And Spare Parts Is Confirmed By Certificates Of Conformity (Or Declarations Of Conformity), Quality Passports, And Registration Certificates. 5. During The Warranty Period Of The Performed Work, Identified Deficiencies, Defects, Problems Must Be Repaired Immediately And Eliminated Within 3 Working Days At Your Own Expense. 6. When Operating The Elevator, The Warranty Period For The Completed Work Shall Be At Least 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Signing By The Parties Of The Act Of Acceptance Of The Completed Work.
