The Contract Works required are: i. Replacement of non-compliant roofing and guttering elements of the roof structure (e.g. Redevelopment and roofing replacement) ii. Small scale iii. No requirements for phasing and/or staged handover of the project iv. Standard school site in an urban centre, no known constraints v. The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.
