Tenders are invited for Technical Consultant for Floating Solar Project in Odisha IFC will be engaged by Grid Corporation of Odisha (GRIDCO) to develop ~1000 MW equivalent of FSPV projects at multiple locations/reservoirs in the State on Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode. IFCs scope of work includes screening of sites for FSPV transactions and for each transaction undertake technical, legal, commercial, and regulatory due diligence; advise on a bankable transaction structure and bid process management. In this context, IFC is seeking the services of a specialized team of Technical Consultant that will assist IFC with technical structuring and due diligence of the project, which will include technical studies, site analysis, module placement layout, assessment of evacuation infrastructure requirements, identification of ideal interconnection points, detailed estimation of project cost, identification of technical approvals, development of performance specifications for the private sector, definition of technical qualification criteria and technical evaluation of the proposals received in the competitive bidding process.
