Tenders are invited for Supply of Building Equipment and Other Materials Cement, Sand, Bricks, Timber, Tiles, Iron, Roofing Sheets, Wire and Accessories for Wiring, Roofing Tiles, Paints, Electrical Accessories, Equipment Required for Use in the Field, Water Tanks, Water Basins, Plumbing Accessories and Agricultural Equipment (Example: Mammoties, Forks, Crow Bars, Rakes, etc.), Rugs (Velvet, Pvc), Plates, Cups and Glassware Applicants intending to register for more than one item should mention each item and the application fee for each item is Rs. 1,000.00 and the application fee should be credited to Account No. 2026181 maintained at the Bank of Ceylon Kalutara Branch in favour of Regional Director of Health Services and the original receipt obtained should be submitted with application prepared as per the specimen along with the certified copies of the Business Registration Certificate and the VAT Registration Certificate. All applications may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, District Secretariat Building, P.O. Box 29, Kalutara" or hand delivered to receive on or before 06th February 2024.
