3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin. The Investment Will Be Carried Out On Plot No. 147/2 Of The Rev. Postomino.3.2. The Order Is Implemented Under The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program And Under The Maluch+ 2022-2029 Program.3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Investment Area And Securing The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Task, 2) Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery Building With An Area Of Building Area 1,839.87 M2 And Volume 8,628 M3 Including Internal Installations; 3) Construction Of External Water And Sewage, Rainwater And Heating Installations And Connections, Internal Power Supply Line, Lighting Network And Photovoltaic Installation, 4) Construction Of Communication Routes Made Of Concrete Paving Stones On Structural Layers, Natural Concrete Color - Gray, 5) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements - Benches And Waste Containers,6) After Completing The Works, Tidy Up The Green Areas, Cover Them With Topsoil And Sow With Grass.7) After Completing The Works, The Area Should Be Fenced With Prefabricated Fencing Spans On A Concrete Foundation With A Total Length Of Approximately 230 Meters. Panel Fence Spans, Spot Welded, Made Of Single Horizontal And Vertical Steel Bars, Pressed To Obtain Greater Stiffness, Dimensions 4 X 2500 X 1250 Mm (Thickness X Width X Height), Hot-Dip Galvanized And Powder-Coated In Anthracite Color. Spans Fastened To Steel Posts With Dimensions 60X40 Mm And Hmin = 2.2 M, Hot-Dip Galvanized, Including Installation Of Finishing Roofs - Concrete The Posts In The Ground. Installation Of Spans Using Mounting Clamps Dedicated To Panels With Screws. Concrete Plinth (Concrete Foundation) System Consisting Of A Concrete Slab With Dimensions. 250X25x5 And A Concrete Connector. Additionally, Two 2 M Wide System Gates Should Be Installed At The Entrance To The Building, One 1 M Wide Gate And A 3 M Wide Sliding Gate (Without Drive). The Wickets Should Be Equipped With A Handle And A Patent Lock, And The Gate Should Be Equipped With A Patent Cylinder Lock.3.4. The Place Where The Excavated Material Will Be Removed Will Be Indicated By The Employer, Within A Distance Of 2 Km. 3.5. Additionally, The Ordering Party Clarifies The Provisions Of The Design Documentation In The Scope Of: 1. Thermal Insulation Of The Floor Should Be Made Using Polystyrene Min. Eps 100 Gr 15 Cm.2. Thermal Insulation Of The Attic Made Of Stone Wool With A Total Thickness Of Min. 35 Cm Laid Using 2 Layers Of 10 Cm Thick Stone Wool Boards Laid Crosswise And 15 Cm Of Rock Wool Granules Blown On Top Of The Boards.3. Performing Perimeter Drainage Of The Foundation Using A Drainage Pipe Covered With Gravel. 5-25 Mm 20 Cm Above The Top Of The Drainage Pipe.4. Installation Of Portholes With Glazing In Internal Doors To Nursery And Kindergarten Classrooms.5. Installation Of A Sliding System Wall In The Gymnasium Enabling The Separation Of Parts Of The Gymnasium. The Wall Should Be Installed On System Guide Rails On The Floor And Ceiling.6. In The Scope Of Central Heating Installations, Temperature Controllers In Heated Rooms Should Be Mounted On The Wall With The Possibility Of Weekly Programming And Communication With The Controller In The Power Supply Cabinet.7. Partition Walls In Toilet Rooms Should Be Made As System Walls Made Of Hpl.3.6. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Inspect The Site Of Construction Works In Order To Obtain Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Execute The Order.3.7. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Is The Basis For Determining The Price, Including: 1. Land Development Project, Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin, 2. Architectural And Construction Design For The Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin, 3. Technical Design For The Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin - Architectural Industry, 4. Technical Design For The Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin - Construction Industry, 5. Technical Design For The Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin - Sanitary Industry, 6. Technical Design For The Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin - Electrical Industry,7. Technical Design For The Construction Of A Kindergarten And Nursery In Postomin - Sanitary Industry, Water And Sewage Connections, Sewage. Rainwater Ground Heat Exchanger, 8. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In The Construction And Sanitary Industries, 9. Bills Of Quantities Constituting An Auxiliary Element In Determining The Price,10. Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.3.8. The Components Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Include All Works And Services Accompanying The Implementation Of The Works Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: Costs Of Preparing As-Built Documentation Necessary To Apply For An Occupancy Permit, Costs Of Surveying Services, Costs Of Obtaining The Necessary Tests, Costs Execution Of Fire Safety Instructions Including Fire Extinguishing Equipment And Marking, Costs Of Obtaining An Energy Performance Certificate, Test And Verification Protocols: Reports On Measurements Of The Internal, External And Lightning Protection Electrical Installations, Chimney Sweepers Report On The Technical Efficiency Of Ventilation And Flue Gas Ducts, Tightness Protocols Of The Water Supply System , Sewage, Central Heating, Acceptance Reports For Connections To The Building, Costs Of: Water And Electricity Consumption, Construction Insurance, All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Construction Site Security, Maintenance Of Construction Facilities And All Costs Of Export/Transport Of Materials From Demolition, Excavations And Waste Disposal . The Price Must Also Include The Costs Of As-Built Surveying Documentation And Vat.3.9. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations, Standards And The Conditions Set Out In This Specification. 3/10 The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Accordance With The Declaration Of Performance And Technical Criteria Specified In The Product Standard And Technical Approvals. 3/11. After Completion Of Construction, Certificates And Quality Certificates, Attestations Or Equivalent For Built-In Building Materials Must Be Presented.3.12. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Offer Cost Estimates To The Ordering Party.3.13. 45210000-2 Building Construction Works.3.14. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Such Indication Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 3.15. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Any Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions With The Same Technological, Performance And Functional Level In Accordance With The Assumed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Possible Names And Trade Brands Of Building Elements, Systems Included In The Swz And Design Documentation Were Used To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. 3.16. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act Pzp.3.17. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Submit Any Disputes In Relations With The Contractor Regarding Civil Law Claims In Matters In Which The Conclusion Of A Settlement Is Permissible To Mediation Or Other Amicable Resolution Of The Dispute Before The Arbitration Court At The General Prosecutors Office Of The Republic Of Poland, A Selected Mediator Or A Person Conducting Another Amicable Resolution Of The Dispute.
