VALVE COLLECTION FROM M STATION SITE3.#TRANSPORT THE VALVES TO SUN POWER NIP FA CILITY.4.#DISMANTLE THE VALVE INTO ITS TRIM COMPONENTS.5.#VALVE & ACTUATOR BODY TO BE GRIT-BLASTED AS PER SA 2.5.6.#CLEAN ALL THE CO MPONENTS TO RID THE RESIDUE/RUST FROM THECOMPONENTS.7.#PERFORM THE LAPPING & POLISHING OF THE DISCS & SEATS.8.#CHECK THE TRIM COMPON ENTS, INSPECT THE SHAFT TRUENESS, BEARING AREASOF THE VALVE.9.#SUBMIT THE INSPECTION REPORTS TO THE CLIENT FOR APPROVAL.10.#INSPECT THE SPRING FOR ANY CRACKS OR DENTS.11.#ASSEMBLE THE VALVE WITH NEW SEALS PROVIDED BY DEWA.12.#PERFORM HYDRO TEST ON THE VALVE AS PER THE PN/ANSI.13.#PERFORM THE FUNCTION TEST OF THE MINIMUM FLOW VALVE STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be DDP delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is 30 days credit from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
