Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1886N Within The Towns Of Milewo And Turowo, Planned For Implementation In The Design And Build System.1.1. The Scope Of The Planned Project Includes The Preparation Of A Construction Design For The Reconstruction Of A District Road According To Industries, Reporting Construction Works Together With Obtaining A Certificate From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body About The Lack Of Grounds For Raising An Objection (Article 30 Of The Construction Law Act) Or A Building Permit Issued Pursuant To Art. . 33 Of The Construction Law Act Or The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Preparation Of An Executive Design According To Industries, A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities According To Industries And Other Documents And Studies Necessary To Implement The Intention, And Then Carry Out The Reconstruction Section Of District Road No. 1886N In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation For The Entire Project - In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 9 To Swz). 1.2. The Rebuilt Section - The Beginning Of The Study Should Be Related To The Project Of Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1886N - Stage I, I.E. The Expected Length Of The Main Road To Be Designed And Built Is Approximately 1,500 Meters.1.3. The Existing Shaped Road Structure Should Be Used. Existing Drainage And Drainage Devices (Culverts) Should Be Cleaned And, If Necessary, Extended To Adapt Their Length To The Planned Road Widening. If It Is Not Possible To Adapt The Culverts To The Designed Changes Due To A Change In The Shape Of The Road Crown, Detection Of Defects That Prevent Their Further Use Or Insufficient Diameters, The Existing Concrete Pipes In The Culverts Should Be Replaced With Corrugated Plastic Pipes With The Diameter Resulting From Hydraulic Calculations And Relevant Regulations. 2. As Part Of The Planned Works, Works Should Be Designed And Performed For The Adopted Cross-Section, I.E.: 2.1. Embankment And Road Excavation Slopes Shaped, Local Correction And Correct Shaping Of The Road Body Along With Deepening And Cleaning Of Existing Drainage Ditches, 2.4. Design And Implementation Of Thick-Layer Vertical And Horizontal Markings,2.5. Reconstruction Of Road Intersections, 2.6. Reconstruction Of Exits And Culverts, 2.7. Designing A Technological Channel From Km 0+000 To Km 1+500.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Contractors Duties Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning And Use Of The District Road, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads. All Necessary Design Studies Should Be Made, Along With The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Technical Conditions. Obtain, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Decisions And Consents Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And The Terms Of The Contract. 4.
