Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Human Resources Consulting Firm The African Solidarity Fund (AFS) is a multilateral financial institution created in 1976 and became operational in 1979 with its headquarters in Niger, in Niamey, 617, Avenue du Président Karl Carstens, BP 382. Its mission is to contribute to economic development and the social progress of its African Member States by facilitating, through its various intervention techniques, access to the financial resources necessary for the realization of investment projects and other income-generating activities. The Fund aims to become a strong and innovative Pan-African Institution serving the structural transformation of the economies of its Member States. Its capital is currently held by 22 Shareholders including 21 African Member States (category A): Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Comoros, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Gabon , Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra-Leone, Chad and Togo ; and a sub-regional Financial Institution (category B), BDEAC. The purpose of this call for tender is to recruit a firm specializing in Human Resources which will help the Recruitment Committee set up by the FSA, but also its Board of Directors to identify potential candidates for the position of General Director at through a credible and transparent selection process.
