The Subject Of The Order Are Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders, Provided At The Place Of Residence Of The Patient - The Area Of The Brodnica Commune - Including In Particular: 1. Teaching And Developing Skills Necessary For Independent Living, Including: A) Developing The Ability To Meet Basic Life Needs And Social Functioning Skills, Motivating Activity, Treatment And Rehabilitation, Conducting Self-Service And Social Skills Training, And Supporting, Also In The Form Of Assisting In Everyday Activities Life, In Particular Such As: A) Self-Service, Especially Performing Economic And Cleaning Activities, Including The Ability To Maintain And Run A Home, B) Care For Hygiene And Appearance, C) Maintaining Contacts With Household Members, Peers At The Place Of Study And Work And With The Community Local, D) Organizing And Spending Free Time Together, E) Using The Services Of Various Institutions; B) Interventions And Assistance In Family Life, Including: A) Assistance In Coping With Crisis Situations - Specialist Counseling, Crisis Interventions, Psychological Support , Therapeutic Conversations, B) Facilitating Access To Education And Culture, C) Counseling, Coordination Of Activities Of Other Services For The Family Of Which The Person Receiving Help In The Form Of Specialized Services Is A Member, D) Shaping Positive Relationships Of The Support Person With Close People, E) Cooperation With The Family - Developing Appropriate Attitudes Towards A Sick Or Disabled Person; C) Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters, Including: A) Obtaining Social, Pension And Disability Benefits, B) Completing Official Documents; D) Support And Assistance In Obtaining Employment, In Particular: A) In Searching For Information About Work, Assistance In Finding Employment Or Alternative Work, In Particular Participation In Occupational Therapy Workshops, Professional Activity Centers, Community Self-Help Centers, Social Integration Centers And Clubs, Job Clubs, B) In Completing Documents Needed For Employment, C) In Preparing For An Interview With The Employer, Supporting And Assisting In Contacts With The Employer, D) In Solving Mental Problems Resulting From Work Or Lack Of It, E) Assistance In Managing Money, Including: A) Learning How To Plan A Budget , Assistance In Incurring Expenses, B) Assistance In Obtaining Tax Relief, C) Increasing The Ability To Manage Ones Own Budget And Becoming Financially Independent;2. Care As Supporting The Treatment Process, Including: A) Assistance In Access To Health Services, B) Arranging And Keeping An Eye On The Dates Of Medical Visits And Diagnostic Tests, C) Assistance In Purchasing Or Ordering Medicines At A Pharmacy, D) Supervising The Intake Of Medicines And Observing Possible Effects Side Effects Of Their Use, E) In Particularly Justified Cases, Changing Dressings, Assistance In The Use Of Medical Aids And Materials, Orthopedic Items, As Well As In Maintaining Hygiene, F) Assistance In Getting To Health Care Facilities, G) Assistance In Getting To Rehabilitation Facilities;3 . Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Disturbed Body Functions: A) In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor Or A Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or Physiotherapy, B) Cooperation With Specialists In The Field Of Psychological, Pedagogical And Educational-Therapeutic Support Aimed At Multilateral Activation Of The Person Using Specialized Services,4. Housing Assistance, Including: A) Obtaining An Apartment, Negotiating And Paying Fees, B) Organizing Minor Renovations, Adaptations, Repairs, Eliminating Architectural Barriers, C) Shaping Proper Relations Of The Person Receiving Help With Neighbors And The Owner Of The House, 5. Number Of Hours Of Specialist Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Per Year - Planned Minimum Number - 3,500 Hours, Maximum Number - 5,000 Hours.6. The Service Should Be Provided On Business Days, And In Justified Cases, Also On Non-Working Days (Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays).7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Be Provided By: A) Physiotherapists Who: 1. Have Qualifications To Practice As A Physiotherapist (Recommended Methods Include: Vojta, Bobath, Masgutowa, Hand And Vision Therapy)2. Have A Certificate Or Other Document Confirming Participation In Training On Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders,3. Have At Least Half A Year Of Experience Working With People With Mental Disorders,4. Documented In Which Institutions Or Institutions It Was Developed, Probable Number Of Hours Per Year: 1,050B) Psychologists And Educators, Oligophrenopedagogues Who: 1. Have A Diploma In Psychology Or Pedagogy, Oligophrenopedagogy Or A Qualifying Diploma (Including Behavioral Therapy);2. Have A Certificate Or Other Document Confirming Participation In Training On Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders,3. Have At Least Half A Year Of Experience Working With People With Mental Disorders, Documented In Which Institution(S) It Was Worked Out, Probable Number Of Hours Per Year: 2100C) Speech Therapists And Neurological Therapists Who: 1. Have A Diploma Of Completion Of Studies In The Field Of Speech Therapy Or Neurospeech Therapy Or A Qualifying Diploma, 2. Have A Certificate Or Other Document Confirming Participation In Training On Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders,3. Have At Least Half A Year Of Experience Working With People With Mental Disorders, Documented In Which Institution(S) It Was Worked Out, Probable Number Of Hours Per Year: 500D) Nurses Who: 1. Have The Qualifications To Practice As A Nurse, 2. Have A Certificate Or Other Document Confirming Participation In Training On Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders,3. Have At Least Half A Year Of Experience Working With People With Mental Disorders, Documented In Which Institution(S) It Was Worked Out, Probable Number Of Hours Per Year: 240
