The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Dismantling Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboards In The Bathroom On The First Floor And Building A New Load-Bearing Wall On The First Floor. 2) Demolition Of The Wooden Ceiling Above The First Floor. 3) Construction Of The External Ring Of The Steel Ceiling Above The First Floor. 4) Construction Of A New Steel Ceiling And Ceiling Layers. 5) Construction Of A New Electrical Lighting Installation In The Ceiling. 6) Complementing The Thermal Insulation Of The Facade On External C-Sections And Installing Styrofoam Cornices With Sheet Metal Flashings To Mask These Places. 7) Installation Of New Structural Plasters On The Ceilings And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings In All Rooms On The First Floor. 8) Repair Of The Floor In The Kitchen And Bathroom. 9) Reconstruction Of The Kitchen And Bathroom Rooms On The First Floor.
