The Scope Of Work Includes: Iv. - Dismantling Of Window And Door Joinery With Bricking And Installation Of Window And Door Joinery On The Ground Floor Level - Whole, V. - Demolition Works Of The Main Entrance To The Building, Staircases, Partition Walls - Ground Floor, Floors And Floors - Ground Floor, Chimneys, Existing Installations In The Building - Ground Floor, Vi. - Piercing And Bricking Up Walls - Ground Floor, Vii. - Construction Of The Ceiling Between The Ground Floor And The First Floor, Viii. - Earthworks - Whole, Ix. - Excavations For Foundations - Whole Part (Additionally Designed Part - Staircase, Elevator Shaft), X. - Execution Of Connections - Whole, Xi. - Pedestrian And Road Routes - Whole, Xii. - Reconstruction Of The Terrace - Hardening Of The Plot Area, Including Construction Of An Above-Ground Terrace - Whole, Xiii. - Demolition Works Of Roof Covering (Old Roofing Felt), Xiv. - Reconstruction Of The Roof (Construction Of Insulation, Knee Walls, Sheet Metal Work, Installation Of A Roof Hatch, Gutters, Assembly Platforms For Air Conditioning And Ventilation Units) - Whole, Xv. - Construction Of A Lightning Protection System On The Roof And Vertical Air Terminals With A Connection To The Existing Pipe. If The Appropriate Parameters Of The Pipe Are Not Available, Make A New Earth Electrode With Appropriate Parameters, Xvi. - Construction Of Partition Walls, Plasterboard Ceilings - Ground Floor, Excluding The Room Marked With Number 0.11 (Room Of The Existing Library), Installation Of Windows And Doors - Ground Floor, Xvii. All Designed Lines Leading To The Signaling Panels To The First Floor And From The First Floor To The Ground Floor Should Be Constructed And Terminated On The First Floor With An Appropriate Supply Of Cables And Wires In A Way That Allows Them To Be Later Introduced To The Appropriate Electrical Boards And Switchgears. - Finishing Works Including Painting Walls And Ceilings, Installation Of Joinery, Window Sills, Sanitary Equipment Ground Floor, Excluding The Room Marked With Number 0.11 Xxvi. - Measurements, Tests And Commissioning Of The Installation - Ground Floor + Mechanical Ventilation For The Ground Floor + Fire Alarm Installation - Only Ground Floor And Common Rooms + Central Heating/Hot Water. - Ground Floor, Xxvii. - Purchase Of Equipment - Ground Floor Xxviii. - Installation Of Fixed And Movable Equipment - Groundterxxix. - Cleaning Works – Wholexxx. - Marking The Completed Scope In Red On A Copy Of The Technical Documentation Available To The Ordering Party, Marking And Describing The Installation Completion Points.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And The Technical Documentation (Including Annexes), Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2. Equivalence: A) The Ordering Party, In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Contract Using Trademarks, Standards, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Art. 101 Section 4-5 Of The Act, Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Terms Of The Adopted Technical Solutions, Materials, Products And Standards Used, Provided That Those Proposed In The Offer Are Significantly Equivalent To Those Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. B) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Any Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Other Reserved Or Exclusive Rights, Or The Origin Of The Subject Of The Order Or Its Part Is Specified - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party, Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, Has Provided Such A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Offers Functionally Equivalent And With Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If An Offer Is Submitted Containing The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party, The Obligation To Prove Their Equivalence With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor. In Such A Case, The Contractor, Together With The Offer (Not Subject To Supplementation), Will Submit A List Of Equivalent Materials Together With Other Necessary Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements, E.G. Device Cards, Safety Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Technical Approvals, Etc. C) As Equivalent, Under In Terms Of Functionality, Technical And Utility, In Relation To The Indicated Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Accept Products Offered By The Contractor That Have A Technically Equivalent Structure And Equipment, As Well As The Same Functional Capabilities And Technical Parameters As The Products With The Specified Values ​​Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Reference Parameters. D) The Ordering Party Made Every Effort To Maintain Competitive Conditions.
