The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Access To Software For Running An Online Store In Order To Sell Entrance Tickets And Other Fees Related To Making Them Available In The Karkonosze National Park For A Period Of 24 Months. The Service Includes The Use Of Software For The Following Purposes: - Sale - Possibility Of Selecting Tickets (Fees) From List By The Buyer And Integration Of Payment Operations With A Payment Intermediary, - Verification And Control Of The Ticket Held - The Ability To Mark The Ticket As Used Through The Ticket Control Panel Available Online Or Via The Application, - Ticket Category Management - The Ability To Make Changes To The Offer Available For Sale And Preview Status Of Tickets Sold In Real Time, - Reporting - Processing Ticket Sales Data Into Quantitative Reports According To Given Criteria And Defined Queries (E.G. By Time, By Ticket Type, By Location Of Purchase - Qr Code. The Price Of The Subscription And Commission Includes The Costs Of: Technical Support, Servers, Troubleshooting And System Development Work In The Scope Of Functionalities Covered By The Contract. The Service Has A Reliability Coefficient (Sla) Of At Least 99.9%.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Employers Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Annex No. 2, Directors Order No. 24/2023 And Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract;
