The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Heating Oil To Boiler Rooms Located In Facilities Owned By The Commune Of Kocierzew Południowy, Within A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract, In A Total Estimated Quantity Of 170,000 Liters. The Given Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is An Estimated Quantity Used To Properly Prepare The Offer. The Actual Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. Oil Will Be Delivered On The Dates And In Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party. The Delivery Time Will Be Provided By The Contractor In The Offer And Will Be Counted From The Notification By Telephone, E-Mail Or Fax By The Representative Of The Ordering Party, Between: 8:00-14:00 (Except Saturdays And Sundays). The Contractor Shall Ensure Transport And Unloading Of The Delivered Oil At His Own Expense. An Employee Of The Institution To Which The Oil Is Delivered Must Participate In The Unloading Of The Oil. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Oil By Specialized Transport Equipped With Certified Equipment For Measuring The Drained Oil. The Certificate Of Legalization (Confirmed Copy) Must Always Be Made Available At The Request Of The Representative Of The Ordering Party Receiving The Delivery Of Heating Oil.5. With Each Oil Delivery, The Supplier Submits A Document Confirming Its Origin And A Current Heating Oil Quality Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Oil, The Ordering Party May Take A Sample Of The Delivered Oil Twice A Year And Submit It For Quality Testing. The Costs Related To The Test Are Borne By The Supplier. If The Quality Of The Delivered Oil Does Not Meet The Required Quality, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From The Contract Immediately.6. Heating Oil Will Be Delivered In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In The Act Of March 9, 2017.
