Equipping The Facility With Catering Equipment: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Kitchen Appliances, Kitchen Furniture And Small Catering Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Wichów As Part Of The Project Modernization Of The Building Of The Cultural Center In Wichów; B) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Required Parameters, Constitutes Annex No. 1A To The Swz (Price Form) And Annex No. 1B To The Swz (Furniture Characteristics). The Parameters Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Basic Parameters. Failure Of The Offered Subject Of The Order To Meet The Required Parameters Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz; C) The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Is To Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2023; D) The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete And After Assembly, Installation And Set Up And Ready To Work Without Any Additional Purchases Or Investments. E) The Offered Equipment Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark And Have A Valid Ce Declaration Of Conformity; F) Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Provide: • An Operating Manual In Polish, Including, Among Others: Manufacturers Data, Description Containing The Manufacturers Indications Regarding The Properties Of The Subject Of The Order And Safety Rules - 1 Copy In Paper Version, 1 Copy In Electronic Version, • List Of Entities Authorized By The Manufacturer Or Authorized Representative To Perform Service Activities, • All Other Documents Required Legal Provisions; G) The Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order As Well As The Warranty For Defects For A Period Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Months; H) The Planned Method Of Arranging The Equipment Required In Part I Of The Order In The Ordering Partys Premises Is Shown In The Graphic Attachment Of The Order, Annex No. 14 To The Swz:
