Upon Completion Of The Procurement Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period For 2 Years, For The Purchase Of Spare Parts, Repair Services And Consumables. For The Machines Used In Forestry Operations, According To The Requirements Of The Notebook Of Tasks, Framework Agreement That Will Enter Into Force On The Date Of Signature By The Parties And Will Produce Effects Until Its Completion. The Framework Agreement Will Proceed Through The Conclusion Subsequent Contracts, Estimated To Be Concluded Annually, Depending On The Needs Of The Authority Contractors. Subsequent Contracts Will Not Be Awarded By Restarting The Competition. The Required Quantities From Subsequent Contracts Will Be Multiplied By The Unit Prices, From The Annex To The Framework Agreement, To Determine The Value Of The Subsequent Contract. Price Units Of Workmanship And Products Are Those Included By The Successful Bidder In The Financial Proposal And Are Provided In The Annex To The Framework Agreement.
