The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Following Services By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Services: 1. Maintaining The Indicated It Application Services In The Production Environment In To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Contractors Service Metrics Contained In The Annex 6 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Including: A) Batch Processing Services, B) Interactive Processing Services, C) Portal Provision Services. 2. Maintenance Designated Business Services In The Production And Pre-Production Environments Within The Scope And Under The Terms Specified In The Contractors Service Metrics Contained In The Annex 7 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 3. Maintaining Service Management Tools And Processes It And Technology Services In The Production Environment And In The Pre-Production Environment Within The Scope And Under The Terms Specified In The Contractors Service Metrics Contained In The Annex 8 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 4. Provision Of Service And Consultation Maintenance To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In Annex 9 To The Designed Plans Provisions Of The Contract. 5. Acting As A Ksi Integrator Within The Scope And Under The Terms Specified In Annex 10 And Other Indicated Roles In The Implementation Of Changes In The Ksi Zus, In Scope And On The Terms Set Out In Annex 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, In Accordance With With Operating Procedures And Operating Standards. 6. Provision Of Services Additional, Ordered And Received On The Terms Specified In Annex 12 To The Projects Provisions Of The Contract, Including: A. Adaptation Of Ksi Zus To Organizational Changes The Ordering Party, B) Adaptation Of Ksi Zus To Changes In It Services, C) Development And Improvement It Services Management Processes, D) Support In The Implementation Of Tasks Resulting From Changes Legislative, E) Additional Implementation Support For It Services And Post-Implementation Support For It Services, F) Development Of Applications Supporting The Operation And Management Of Ksi Zus, G) Workshops And Administrative Practices, H) Preparation Of Documentation, In Particular: Design, Operational, As-Built, Analytical And Reporting, Etc., I) Analysis, Development And Maintenance Of The Ordering Partys It Architecture, Transfer Of Knowledge Regarding Ksi. 7.
