Tenderers will be required to register on the website. The Tenderer would be responsible for ensuring that any addenda available on the website is also downloaded and incorporated. Tender document is also available for information on official website of MRVC www.mrvc.indianrailways.gov.in. However, Tenderer has to submit the offer only on e-procurement website https://eprocure.gov.in. 6. For submission of the tenders, the tenderer is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the Certifying Authorities (CAs), authorized by Government of India for issuing DSC. Aspiring tenderers who have not obtained the user ID and password for participating in eprocurement in this Project, may obtain the same from the website: https://eprocure.gov.in. 7. Tenders must be submitted online on https://eprocure.gov.in (website) on or before 12.00 Hrs. of 12-02-2024. Any tender or modifications to tender (including discount) received outside eprocurement system will not be considered. The electronic tendering system would not allow any late submission of tender. The tender will be publicly opened online on the same day in the presence of the Tenderers designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 15.00 hours, and this could also be viewed by the tenderers online. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the tenders as specified, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. 8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount specified for the Work in the table below, drawn in favour of Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd.
