Tenders Are Invited For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Ośno Lubuskie In 2024

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Ośno Lubuskie In 2024.2. The Scope Of Services Includes Maintaining Cleanliness And Order On The Indicated Streets, Sidewalks - On Both Sides, And Indicated Squares In The City Of Ośno Lubuskie, Throughout The Duration Of The Order, Including: A) Sweeping Streets And Sidewalks On Both Sides, B) Collecting Brooms, C) Emptying Street Bins, D) Collection Waste Resulting From The Service Provided, E) Snow Removal And Active Removal Of Black Ice, F) Cleaning Of Storm Sewage Inspection Chambers.3. As Part Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Will Empty Garbage Bins Placed In Public Places, Including In Public Toilets. 2) The Contractor Will Provide Garbage Bins With Bags (Preferred Color Black), Including In Public Toilets, Or With Plastic Buckets, Dimensions Not Larger Than The Garbage Bins That Will Fit In These Baskets.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Successively Refill The Bags In The Garbage Bins, After Each Time The Baskets Are Emptied (If He Uses Garbage Bags).4) Sweeps And Waste Selected From The Garbage Bins Will Be Collected Immediately (Up To Two Hours From Their Collection/Selection).5) Once A Month, The Contractor Will Wash And Disinfect The Bins And Document This Fact In The Register - Annex No. 14 To The Contract.6) The Contractor Will Collect Waste Lying On The Sidewalks. Regardless Of The Frequency Of Cleaning The Sidewalks, The Contractor Undertakes Constant Supervision Over The Cleanliness Of The Indicated Sidewalk Surfaces And, If Necessary, Will Remove Individual Waste Appearing In These Places.7) The Contractor Will Manually Clean The Dirt From The Roads Of Streets Covered With Cobblestones And Paving Surfaces, Especially Garbage And Sand Accumulating Near Curbs (Brushes) And Small Branches.8) The Contractor Will Clean Up The Weeds Accumulating On The Streets And Sidewalks.9) The Contractor Will Remove Waste Lying At The Bus Stops And The Railway Stop In Ośno Lubuskie And In The Adjacent Area Up To 15 M From The Sign Or Shelter. Stop In Every Possible Direction.10) In The Event Of Snowfall Or Icing Of The Sidewalks And Streets, The Contractor Will Immediately, Within A Maximum Of 2 Hours From The Occurrence Of The Event, Begin Removing Snow, Cutting Ice And Sprinkling The Sidewalks And Streets With Anti-Slip Agents. Compliance With This Obligation Will Be Required In The Event Of The Above-Mentioned Phenomenon, Regardless Of The Time And Day Of The Week, Including Sundays And Public Holidays. Sprinkling Of Roads With The Above-Mentioned Agents Should Be Done Mechanically. Only In The Case Of Sidewalks, It Is Required To Sprinkle The Surface With Anti-Slip Agents Using Manual Sand Spreaders.11) In The Autumn Period, The Contractor Will Remove Leaves With Frequency To Prevent Them From Accumulating On The Streets And Squares Included In The Subject Of The Order. This Work Is Not Required To Be Performed On Sundays And Public Holidays. 12) At Least Once A Month, The Contractor Will Inspect The Condition Of Storm Sewage Inspection Chambers Within The Streets Included In The Subject Of The Order And Will Clean Them Of Any Residual Waste And Document This Fact In Register - Annex No. 15 To The Contract.13) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Daily (Seven Days A Week) Cleaning Of Public Toilets, Which Includes: A) Uninterrupted Provision Of Access, Cleanliness And Proper Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions For Using The Toilet During The Duration Of The Contract; B ) Daily Performance Of Activities Related To The Disinfection Of The Toilet Room; C) Maintaining Cleanliness By Cleaning The Inside Of The Toilet At Least Twice A Day, I.E. From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M., Maintaining An Interval Of At Least Eight And At Most Ten Hours Between Subsequent Cleanings Cleaning Work (Further Cleaning Of The Toilet). Maintaining Cleanliness Inside The Toilet Includes: - Cleaning The Toilet Room, I.E. Vacuuming And/Or Sweeping; - Washing With Cleaning, Disinfecting And Fragrance Agents And Wiping Fittings And Other Objects (Soap Containers, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel Container, Waste Bin); - Emptying, Refilling The Garbage Bag, Washing Inside And Outside, Using Cleaning, Disinfecting And Fragrance Agents, And Wiping The Waste Container (Waste Bin); - Cleaning, Washing , Wiping And Disinfecting Sanitary Equipment (Toilet Bowl, Washbasin, Bathroom Faucets, Toilet Seat, Urinal); - Washing With Cleaning, Disinfecting And Fragrance Agents And Wiping The Floor Made Of Stainless Steel; And As Needed, I.E. In The Event Of Dirt ( Of Various Origins): - Cleaning Of Walls, I.E. Washing And Removing The Dirt Using Cleaning And Disinfecting Agents And Wiping It; - Washing And Removing The Dirt Using Cleaning And Disinfecting Agents As Well As Wiping The Radiator And Removing Dust From It; - Removing Dirt From Lighting Fixtures; - Sweeping Away Cobwebs; - Cleaning Mirrors, I.E. Washing And Removing The Dirt Using Washing And Disinfecting Agents And Wiping; - Cleaning External Glass, I.E. Washing The Outside And Removing The Dirt Using Cleaning Agents And Wiping; - Washing And Removing Any Dirt From Doors, Door Frames, Door Handles, Ventilation Grilles; - To Perform The Service, The Contractor Will Use Cleaning Products And Sanitary And Hygienic Agents Certified By The National Institute Of Hygiene For General Use (Or Equivalent). D) Maintaining Cleanliness By At Least Once During The Day, Cleaning In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Facility, Within A Strip Of 3 M From The Facility, Including: Sweeping, Removing Leaves, Removing Dirt, Waste, Snow Removal And Slippery Removal In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Point 10;E) Current And Immediate Reporting Of Failures And Damages To Devices To The Person Authorized To Represent The Ordering Party Indicated In The Contract;F) Keeping An Ongoing Register Of Daily Public Toilet Service - Annex No. 13 To The Contract.G) Keeping An Ongoing Register Of Maintaining Cleanliness And Order On The Indicated Streets And Squares In The City Of Ośno Lubuskie - Annex No. 12 To The Contract.14) Regularly Replenishing Toilet Paper In The Toilet Cabin, Soap, Paper Towels, Air Freshener, Toilet Blocks Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, And The Above Chemical Items Will Be Handed Over By The Ordering Party To The Contractor During The Inspections. Works Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.15) The Contractor Is Not Responsible For Repairs And Maintenance Inside The Facility Or For 24-Hour Supervision Of The Facility (Public Toilet).16) The Ordering Party Requires Regularity In Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Ośno Lubuskie, As Described And The Schedule Contained In Point 4 Swz.
