The Bidder May Submit A Bid For One, More Than One Or All Individual Items. Presentation Of Variants In The Offer Is Not Allowed. The Public Contract Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Under The Lowest Price Award Criteria For A Specific Position, In Bgn, Excluding Vat. The Procedure For Opening, Examining, Evaluating And Ranking The Offers Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 104 Of The Zop And Of Chapter V, Section Viii Of The Ppzop.
