Prior Information Notice For Concession Of The Railway Service On The Cuneo-Saluzzo-Savigliano And Ceva-Ormea Railway Routes. Concession For The Public Rail Transport Service On The Cuneosaluzzosavigliano And Cevaormea Routes. On The Cuneosaluzzosavigliano Line The Service, Suspended Since June 2012, Was Reactivated In January 2019 On The Saluzzosavigliano Route Only And Was Then Suspended Again In March 2020. The Service On The Cevaormea Line Has Been Suspended Since June 2012. The Cuneosaluzzosavigliano Line Is Currently Used By Freight Services While The Cevaormea Line Is Included Among The Railway Routes For Tourist Use And Is Occasionally Used To Create Tourist/Historic Trains. Expected Service Cuneosaluzzosavigliano School Period Service (40 Weeks/Year): On Weekdays 20 Trains/Day, Of Which 8 Cuneosaluzzosavigliano Trains And 12 Saluzzosavigliano Trains; On Public Holidays 8 Cuneosaluzzosavigliano Trains. Non-School Period Service (12 Weeks/Year): 10 Trains/Day Saluzzosavigliano. Time Slot Served From 5Am To 7Pm. Cevaormea School Term Service (40 Weeks/Year): On Weekdays 10 Trains/Day From Monday To Friday And 8 Trains/Day On Saturday. Time Slot Served From 6Am To 7Pm. The Estimated Average Annual Value Of The Proposed Service Is Less Than 7,500,000 Euros For A Service Production Of Less Than 500,000 Km The Lines Covered By The Concession Had, At The Time Of The Interruption Of The Regional Railway Service, The Following Number Of Travelers On Weekdays: Complete Route Cuneosaluzzosavigliano: 632 (March 2012) Saluzzosavigliano Partial Route: 481 (November 2019) Cevaormea: 314 (March 2012) The Compensations Are Paid For The Application Of The Service Obligations Defined In The Contract Which Include, Among Other Things: The Adoption Of The Piedmont Tariff System And Electronic Ticketing System And The Commitment To Adhere To Regional Policies On Tariffs And Integration. The Acceptance On Board Of All Season Ticket Holders With Integrated Regional Bus+Train Tariff With Compensation And/Or Clearing Methods On Data Guaranteed By The Traceability Of Checks On Board The Train The Inclusion Of The Saviglianosaluzzocuneo Line Within The Integrated Formula System As Expansion Routes With The Following Enhancements: Saluzzo 3 Routes, Manta, Verzuolo, Castiglione, Busca 4 Routes, Cuneo 5 Routes. The Tariff Part Pertaining To The Service Contract Will Be Equal To The Difference Between The Value Of The Overall Season Ticket And The Value Of A Similar Season Ticket Up To Savigliano (For Example, To Travel The Turin-Saluzzo Route You Need A Formula 6 Zone + 3 Sections Expansion. The Relevant Part Of The Contract Will Be Given By The Value Of The 6 Zone + 3 Expansion Route Season Ticket Minus The Value Of A 6 Zone + 2 Expansion Route Formula Season Ticket Necessary To Carry Out The Turin-Savigliano Route). The Drafting Of The Mobility Charter And Compliance With Specific Quality Standards Access To The Data Of The Service Covered By The Concession Through The Platforms And Databases Available To The Economic Operator (For Example, The Performance Of Trains With Access To The Infrastructure Managers Applications, Passengers Transported With Automatic Data Collected From Passenger Counts, Travel Tickets Sold) (Nature And Quantity Of Services Or Indication Of Needs And Requirements)
