Expression of Interest are invited for Special Education and Inclusive Education Location for the implementation of this work will be in Two locations Ninewa and Salahdin Governorates. Final location selection will be in consultation with an identified partner and regional government counterparts. 3. Sector(s) and area(s) of specialization The organization selected to work with IOM will be an established Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) with an established operational presence in Iraq, and compliant with IOMs operating procedures and protocols. Further, the Implementing Partner is expected to demonstrate relevant previous experience in the provision of technical knowledge in the sector of inclusive education and reintegration of students with disabilities in the education system.
