Tenders are invited for Construction Work of an Office in the Rubirizi Zone of the Municipality Upon payment of one hundred thousand Burundian francs (100,000 Fbu): 50,000 FBU on the account No. 1161/001-04 opened at the Bank of the Republic of Burundi (BRB) and 50,000 Fbu in account No. 0208/235/1/32 opened to the Management and Financing Bank (B.G.F in acronym) in the name of the commune of MUTIMBUZT. Bids must include a bank bid guarantee of: four million francs Burundian (4,000,000Frbu). Certified checks are not accepted Proof of purchase of the DAO bearing the market number; - The bid bond following the DAO model: - A certificate issued by an approved commercial bank attesting to the capabilities financial costs of the bidder of one hundred million Burundian francs (100,000,000 Frbu) for carry out the execution of the contract: . The status of the bidder (legal entity): . -_ The Certificate of non-payment of taxes issued by the OBR services and in validity period; = The Tax Registration Certificate (NIF): A valid certificate of non-responsibility from the INSS in original: - The Trade Register (copy): A Certificate of non-bankruptcy issued by the commercial court; = The fixed and known address of the bidder. -_ Authorization of the signature to bind the bidder 16.2.
