Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service to Support Cities in M.P. To Develop Climate Resilient Urban Infrastructure The main objective of this assignment is to take a deep dive into the urban sector in Madhya Pradesh and support the Bank team to develop (i) a Program concept for the proposed MPUDP II and (ii) strategies and guidelines (including templates) for City Climate Change Action plans (CCAPs) and identifying and planning climate resilient green urban infrastructure investments. The activities will aim to mainstream climate resilience in urban policies and regulations and enable cities to identify, prioritize and prepare low-carbon climate-smart investments, particularly in the water supply and wastewater sectors and leverage ongoing national urban Programs (AMRUT 2.0, Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0, etc.) to undertake next generation urban governance and service delivery initiatives. The overall objective will be to support activities that help strengthen GoMPs capacity to improve urban governance, access to climate resilient urban services resulting potential new and next generation of investments in the urban sector in Madhya Pradesh.
