The Conclusion Of The Contract Is Not Subject To Public Procurement Law; It Takes Place As Part Of An Open House Procedure. The Contract Is Concluded Through An Express Declaration Of Membership Or Through Recognition If The Service Provider Provides And Invoices The Services In Accordance With The Contract.
