Tenders are invited for Intermediate External Evaluation Passerelles / Mauritania Budget maximum : 25.000. Applications 5.1. Expected skills · 1 team of consultants / 1 design office demonstrating demonstrated experience in program/project evaluation in an international development context and mastery of change-oriented approaches; · Expertise in public health, health systems strengthening, sexual and reproductive health, infectious diseases and community health; · Expertise on gender and gender equality issues; · Knowledge of issues in Sahelian Africa, including issues related to sexual and reproductive health / maternal and neonatal health / HIV-AIDS infections, Tuberculosis, malaria, Hepatitis B; · Experience in methods of facilitating participatory reflections; · Autonomy and initiative; · Anaytical and synthetical mind ; · Excellent command of French, both written and spoken; · Knowledge of Mauritania and the local languages of the regions (Hassanya and Pulaar) will be of added value to lead this mission.
