Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy for the Development of a Capital Market - IGPISP The scope of the services will include the following: I. Conduct a current state assessment, i.e., review of the existing institutional arrangements, legal and regulatory frameworks and other related matters. II. Assess and recommend the processes and systems required for a functional Capital Market Trading Platform, hardware and software. III. Assist in designing the process flowcharts for the effective use of the system (s). IV. Assist in developing the functional, technical and user requirements of the Capital market Trading Platform. V. Benchmarking and costing for the recommended system VI. Develop a governance framework for the proposed system with clear roles and responsibilities VII. Identify the needs, requirement, and methodology for interfacing/integrating with other stakeholder systems such as the Automated Clearing Process/ Automated Clearing House (ACP/ACH) and other relevant systems.
