Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to Support the Development of Pumped Storage Hydropower Plants in India The objective of this assignment is to evaluate the economics of PSP developments in India for alternative business models that could be used to develop these projects and compare their pros and cons from different perspectives including risk of exposure to spot price volatility in a market regime vis-a-vis high fixed cost impost under a regulated regime. Particular emphasis will be placed on PSP business models that have been successfully used globally.
