Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Conduct a Household Care Survey Interested candidates are invited to submit: 1) Technical proposal / approach paper 2) Financial offer (price quotation) including budget and pricing 3) Two relevant references (minimum) from previous comparable assignments 4) CV (s) 5) Evidence of previous work Oxfam seeks consultants to conduct a Household Care Survey in Cambodia, following Oxfams methodology. While the survey will be implemented by the consultants, a Survey Steering Committee will be established, including partners working on gender equality and women empowerment. This committee will contribute to defining the surveys scope, methodology, and other phases, ensuring ownership and utilization of the results for policy and programming.
