Prequalification includes two parts: sample confirmation and document review. Prequalification documents include but are not limited to the following documents: · application for participation in this tender indicating the number name of the tender with reference to the media (name of the newspaper and date of issue); · a power of attorney for an authorised representative to carry out all necessary procedures for this tender provided that the representative has a relevant identity document; · full name of the prequalification participant for this tender, its legal status, country, registration number and date, details of the servicing bank, legal/actual address, attach copies of registration documents, licences, certificates, agreements, contracts and other documents; · official information on experience in supplying similar products and cargoes in general, letters of recommendation from partners with an indication of possibilities and terms of product delivery to the destination point, product transport route, type of transport, type of packaging, creditworthiness status, etc.; · test/research report for the supplied goods issued by an independent, authoritative body or production control laboratory, certificate of origin, quality certificate and other certificates certifying the quality of the manufacturers factory/factory products; · official information on the prequalification participants reputation for this tender, its ability to realise the contract, the level of coordination and description of the application of the goods, and other information; · each prequalification participant shall provide samples of the products 4. Time of issuance of the tender documents: after satisfaction of the prequalification, the tender commission will carry out a single issuance of the tender document.
