The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is As Follows: Exercise Of Construction Supervision - From The Date Of Opening Of The Construction Site Until The Acceptance Of The Final Report On The Construction Supervision And Introduction Of The Site Into Regular Operation, And The Responsibilities Of The Selected Contractor Are According To Art. 168, Para. 1 And Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Smr Determined By Art. 20 Of Order No. 2 Of 31.07. 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, Including: Under Art. 168, Art. 175, Art. 176, Art. 177 And Art. 178 Of Zut.
