Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of Barcode Scanning and Printing Devices, One-Time Services for Printing Barcodes, Asset Tagging and Annual Maintenance Support (AMS) Services. Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: rough this Request for Proposal, BAPCO would like to establish a contract for the below services: Supply of hardware for Barcode Scanning & Printing Devices inclusive of spares for 2 years of operation Services for installation, configuration, and commissioning of Barcode Scanning & Printing Devices at BAPCO refinery site and office locations including integration of devices with Oracle EBS mobile supply chain (MSCA) One-time services for generation and printing of approx. 65,000 barcodes and tagging these barcodes on various assets that are stored across five (5) BAPCO warehouses Annual Maintenance Support (AMS) services for devices for a period of 5 years The Bidders must note that the quantities of the appliances indicated in this RFP document are only estimates during the the contract. The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above. Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour. Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
