Tenders Are Invited For Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Technical Gases For 12 Months

The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of Technical Gases For The Purposes Of The Clients Laboratory Research. This Public Contract Is Divided In Accordance With § 35 Zzvz Into 2 Parts. Part 1 – Technical Gases - The Subject Is The Provision Of Pressure Vessels In The Form Of Rent And Supply Of Technical Gases According To The Needs Of The Client. Part 2 - Liquid Carbon Dioxide - The Subject Is The Provision Of A Liquid Co2 Tank With A Volume Of At Least 3 T And A Maximum Of 4 T In The Form Of A Lease For The Duration Of The Contract. It Must Be A Modern Reservoir Without Cooling Costs. The Location Of The Reservoir Will Be Discussed With The Selected Participant. The Client Requests An Automatic Check Of The Weight Of The Filling By The Tenderer With A Notification From The Client If The Filling Drops Below 500 Kg. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Contract Is The Filling Of The Storage Tank With Liquid Co2 (Food Grade) According To The Clients Requirements.
