R Biopark Will Build A Biogas Plant In Storfjord Municipality, In Skibotn, Approx. Two Hours Drive From Troms City. The Supplier Who Receives This Contract Has Complete And Overall Responsibility For Delivering A Complete And Well-Functioning Biogas Plant According To The Requirements Specification And The Contract Conditions In This Competition. The Responsibility Includes Both Processes, Machines, Equipment, Technical Support Systems, Technology And The Construction Works Necessary To Produce Liquid Biogas As Described In The Specification. The Supplier Is Responsible For Delivering Everything Needed To Make The Biogas Plant Work. Including, But Not Limited To, The Entire Process From Planning And Design To Construction And Follow-Up During The Complaint Period. The Supplier Is Responsible For All Engineering, All Materials, Machines And Equipment Needed To Fulfill The Clients Needs For A Functioning Biogas Plant, Which Meets All Agreed Requirements. The Supplier Is Also Responsible For Providing Infrastructure On The Construction Site And Building Elements Such As Electricity And Technical Systems, Pipes, Water And Drainage, Control Systems, Odor Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Etc. The Supplier Has Complete Responsibility For The Interface Between All Parts Of The Biogas Plant That Are Relevant To The Contract, Including Construction - And The Construction Works (The Contracting Part). The Supplier Must Be Responsible For Testing The Facility, And Follow-Up During The Complaint Period, As Well As Training The Clients Personnel To Operate The Facility. The Requirement Specification Is Largely Function-Based, So That It Is Up To The Supplier To Find Good Solutions That Meet The Clients Described Requirements And Needs. The Supplier Is Encouraged To Familiarize Himself With The Entire Requirement Specification (Appendix A) Even If Not All Parts (Systems) Apply To This Epc Contract. The Contract Is Based On The Norwegian Standard Contract Ns 8407 With Special Contract Provisions.
