Nid Needs To Acquire A Modern, Standard Laboratory Management System For Document Examination Which, In Terms Of The Requirements Mentioned In Appendix 1 Appendix 1, Satisfies The Requirements Of Iso 17020 And Iso 17025. The Service Is To Be Used To Process Requests For Laboratory Examinations, Documentation Of Examinations And Outgoing Reports To External Clients. The Service Must Be Able To Be Integrated With Third-Party Systems, Including Nids Archive System, So That Archive-Worthy Documents Are Exported Automatically. The Service Must Be Delivered And Operated By The Supplier As A Software As A Service (Saas) Solution. The Supplier Must Take Responsibility For Operation, Maintenance And Security Of The Service And Underlying Infrastructure.
