Relocating The Alarm System To A Flush-Mounted Installation. 11. Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Sanitary Installation, Including Ceramics And Fittings. 12. Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Electrical Installation. 13. Installation Of Elements Of The Internal Heating And Ventilation System. 14. Installation Of Covers On Radiators In Childrens Rooms. 15. Painting The Interior Railings. 16. Replacement Of Existing External Stairs And Ramps With Railings. 17. Demolition Of The Existing External Stairs, Ramp With Railing And Hardening In Front Of The Building. 2. Construction Of Hardening Works, Including: Access To The Building And Around The Building (Including New External Stairs And A Ramp), A Bicycle Space And A Sidewalk In Front Of The Building. 3. Disassembly Of The Existing Gate And Installation Of A New One Adapted To The Designed Level And Hardening. 4. Leveling And Shaping The Area Around The Hardening. 5. Installation Of Small Architecture (Bicycle Rack, Waste Bin). 6. Laying Lawns In Front Of The Building. 7.
