Tenders are invited for Cleaning Services for Government Hospitals Tender Type: To Be Opened Tender Description: The objective is to provide complete Cleaning & Porters Services for the SMC. GH believes that hygienic, clean and pleasant infrastructure plays a key part in assisting the recovery of patients. Healthcare staff of SMC requires assistance of cordial, friendly and hardworking porter services to assist in delivering quality experience to patients and visitors at SMC. Vast infrastructure of SMC needs specialized and focused care of competent, well trained and experienced cleaning and porters staff. The successful bidder is expected to provide specified equipment, approved chemicals, uniforms for their staff, and anything else required on the mandate of cleaning contract. This will be a full risk contract for a period of Three (33) months and can be extend more based on quality services provided. Regular performance appraisals to monitor identified key performance indicators shall form part of the contract to be signed with the successful bidder. Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour. Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
