Tenders are invited for Supply of Self Locking Bricks Pack (Building Blocks). Qty: 1,784 Tender Fee: 5,000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 135000/- Tender document could be obtained upon payment of Rs. 5,000/- for each tender as a non- refundable Tender fee from the under mentioned office between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. from 21.12.2023 until the last date as indicated above on working days of the Bank. Perfected tender documents should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee/ Bid Bond from a Commercial Bank acceptable to the Peoples Bank for the value mentioned above, valid for a minimum period of 180 calendar days from the date of opening the tender. Bank Drafts/ Pay Orders in lieu of Bank Guarantee / Bid Bond are also acceptable with validity at 180 calendar days from the date of opening of the tender. Cheques drawn by the tenderer will not be accepted. A cash deposit in the form of any type of account at Peoples Bank together with simple letter of setoff can be a accepted in lieu of bid bond. The selected supplier/s will be required to complete the deliveries within 60 days after issuance of Purchase Orders. Sealed tenders may be sent by registered post or deposited in the tender box kept at this Department at No. 30/ 101, Kew Road, Colombo 02.
