Investing in our kaimahi makes sense its our one true lever to drive performance. We do this by augmenting their employee journey with tailored support to grow and develop. We are seeking experienced, diverse, and skilled service providers to join a supplier panel to make it easy for our People and Culture department, People Partners, and specialist teams to access the services we need to support our kaimahi to grow their capability. The panel will be in operation for three years starting 1 July 2024 . It will be used across our internal Capability teams, People and Culture department, and by specialist teams to ensure we utilise high quality products and services that are aligned to our ways of working. We have a range of service categories within the capability space that we need to outsource to ensure value for money, best utilisation of our internal resources, and that our people are enabled to grow and develop. We need suppliers who can deliver services to understand our capability needs. You need to be open to creating and delivering customised courses and learning experiences using your existing expertise. across these four key categories: 1) eLearning design and build; 2) One-to-one performance coaching 3) Team event facilitation services 4) Design and facilitation of training and workshops A formal RFP/REOI will be issued early January 2024.
