The Canadian Armed Forces (Caf) Requires Evidence-Based Psychometric Assessments For Use In Selecting Approximately 10,000 Caf Members For Promotions And Appointments Annually. The Tools Must Be Suitable For All Leadership Rank Levels Up To General Officers And Flag Officers (Executive Level). The Tools Must Gather Insight Regarding An Individual’S Character; Other Competencies Outlined In The Statement Of Work (Sow); And Attributes For The Purposes Of Selection Decisions. Access To A Variety Of Psychometric Tools Measuring Aspects Of Character And Predicting Leadership Performance Will Ensure A Flexible And Comprehensive Assessment Process Across Multiple Rank Levels. The Type And Frequency (I.E., Annually, Bi-Annually, Etc.) Of Assessments For Each Candidate Will Be Determined By Their Rank Level, The Appointment Under Consideration, And The Stability Of The Underlying Competency(Ies) And/Or Dimension(S) Of Character That Are Assessed. This Is A Two (2) Year Contract With The Option To Extend The Contract For Up To Three (3) Additional One (1) Year Periods.
