The Building Has Access To Utilities. The Building Must Be Constructed In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation And Equipment Must Be Purchased. Bills Of Quantities Are Auxiliary. The Purchased Equipment Must Absolutely Meet The Prescribed Standards And Have Approvals And Certificates. The Equipment Should Be Professional, E.G.: Professional Catering Equipment Should Be Purchased For The Kitchen. Each Time, The Color, Quality, Material, Etc. Should Be Agreed With The Customer Before Purchasing Equipment For Each Room. Furniture Should Be Custom-Made And Fitted.
