All the firms / NGOs are requested to fill out all the information in details as required while submitting the EOI answers. 2. The firm/NGO shall be evaluated as a whole and only the experiences of the firm/NGO will be considered for evaluation. 3. Experience of the key experts/individuals shall not be evaluated at the EOI stage. 4. Experiences of the firm/NGO which are relevant to this assignment such as implementation support in rehabilitation & resettlement work, capacity building / conducting awareness program, etc. carries the maximum weightage in evaluation and it must be described in details and submitted as project references for consideration. 5. It may be noted that experience in similar nature of work such as implementation support in rehabilitation & resettlement work specific to land acquisition is highly preferred. 6. It is a requirement to form a Joint Venture with a local agency/firm/NGO who has prior experience in similar nature of work. 7. All are requested to go through the Terms of Reference attached for this assignment thoroughly. 8.
