Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Establishment of the Legal Framework and Regulations for Awqaf in Uzbekistan The services include to create an enabling legal, regulatory and supervisory environment for the establishment and development of Awqaf in Uzbekistan. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment are attached to this request for expressions of interest. The Committee on Religious Affairs under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites eligible consulting firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). A consultant will be selected in accordance with the CQS-MC method with shortlist of firms from IsDB Member Countries set out in the Procurement Guidelines.
