A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Of The Swz), General Conditions For Contracts For The Performance Of Construction Works (Part V Of The Swz) And In The Bills Of Quantities (Part Iv Of The Swz). The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities For The Bridge Industry Only For Illustrative Purposes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of ​​Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Oc) For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, At Least To The Extent Identical To The Scope Of The Service Entrusted To Be Performed And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Amount Specified In The Contract.
