The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Technical Supervision Activity For Project R4 Prešov – North Bypass (Km 4.3 - 14.5). The Purpose Of Providing The Service Under The Agreement Is Administrative, Management And Technical Administration Of The Work Contract, Ongoing Control Of The Contractors Project Work (If Such Are Required By The Contract For The Work) And Implementation Of Construction Works On Behalf Of The Customer During The Stage Of The Previous Implementation Of The Work, Stages During The Implementation Of The Work And Stages After The Completion Of The Work, Further Performance Of Duties And Powers Established And Defined Through The Contract And The Contract For The Work For The Construction Of The Building In Question And Thus Ensure, That The Project Work And The Finished Work Will Be In Accordance With The Contract For The Work In The Requested Quality.
